Prices and Services
- Prices are based on a stay of one night
- Breakfast included, served up to 10.30 am
- Tourist tax 0,88 eur/pers/night
- Cot and baby facilities are on request and free of charge (high chair, bath tub…)
- The babies are free but an additional fees of 5 eur will be charged for a wanted breakfast.
- Extra single bed possible for a young child (+20eur)
- Early Check-in in request ; + 15 eur.
- Pets are not allowed
- Packed lunches are available( to be ordered 24 hours in advance)
- Kettle with tea/infusion and Senseo coffee maker offered free of charge. Paid drinks also available.
- A fully equipped kitchenette is at your disposal.
- Possibility to rent the house in cottage, minimum 2 nights. Contact me for more information.
You can pay cash or via direct debit. We don’t accept credit cards.
No credit card terminal on site, thank you for your understanding.
Booking conditions :
A down payment of 25% to be made via Paypal or via direct debit.
Charges for cancelling :
- No charge if more than 15 days’ notice.
- From 14 to 4 days’ notice, the 25% down payment will be kept.
- If cancelled with less than 4 days’ notice, half of the reservation fee will be charged.
Check in is between 4.30 and 9 pm. Early check-in is possible in request + 15 eur. Check-in AFTER 9 pm in request and we give you the key box code.
Check out is 11am.
